Estepona Golf is a pay as you play facility offering a round of golf in a magnificent setting on a demanding course. The fairways, however, are wide and the greens are large so the secret is probably not to be too ambitious. The design uses the natural landscape set against the Sierra Bermeja Mountains. There are sea views from most holes. The courses signature hole is possibly the par 4, 10th hole with its elevated tee. This hole offers braver souls the option of going for the green some 250 metres away .It’s all downhill curving to the left, and there is water on all sides of the clover shaped green. Every hole brings a new challenge.
One noticeable aspect of this club is its extremely friendly atmosphere. The clubhouse overlooks the 18th green and beyond to the Mediterranean. With seating for 80 inside the restaurant and 80 more seats on the terrace. Try the excellent cuisine on a lunchtime visit or take over the whole place for that special occasion.
